356: Santa & Rudolph

While out driving in rural Manawatu this morning I spied Santa out gallivanting with Rudolph. I suppose they were checking out which houses had chimneys or not, ready for the Great Delivery in a couple of nights time.

  1. Tee hee - love it! It is such an awesome time of the year isn't it! I spent the afternoon wrapping all the gifts - roll on Christmas day!

  2. Yes, I like the sense of humour of the people who put this up. You can't tell in this photo -but there are a lot of young deer in the paddock behind Santa.

  4. The elves have other deer on the property. Maybe they will also help pull the sleigh. Perhaps it is all a lie FB that Santa is based in the North Pole. Maybe he is actually based in the Manawatu!

  5. Well at least he could have a rest stop in Manawatu! But as a Canadian, I can definitely confirm that he is based in the North Pole.

  7. Santa must be pretty warm in your part of the world during his trek! Maybe that makes up for all the cooler places he has to go. Though it's not so cold this year where we live.

  8. Yes, he can warm up here so he can manage the colder stretches further north...
