It's amazing what has changed /moved in my three months away from town, but the most surprising thing was finding an ice-skating rink in the middle of the Square. It's not 'natural' and it's not cheap ($20 an adult and $15 per child) but it's very popular and there have been crowds of people here each time I've passed by...
We has one in Hamilton last year soon after I got back from my travels too.. I bravely had a turn and really enjoyed it but did get a bit wet!
ReplyDeleteYou were braver than me then: I didn't even consider having a turn! I have only ever tried it once in my life and found it quite scary. Didn't want to hurt myself two days before school goes back!
