Rain in Alice!

Images of red desert come to mind, not images of rain. But for the second time in a week I have seen "rain" reported on the forecast for Alice Springs. I thought I was escaping rain at least, if not the cold. Guess I have to pack my raincoat after all!!!

    Yes, I have holidays starting in five days time, and I leave for Sydney, then Alice Springs. I am going on a camping tour that goes to Uluru, then up to Darwin, and to Kakadu. I will come home exhausted just in time for the new school term!!!
